Digital Download Support & Refund Policy
When Survival Ends and Power Begins is a $16 digital product. No physical book will be shipped. Your download contains a ZIP package with the PDF, EPUB, and START_HERE file.
How do I access my files?
Fourthwall sends download access to the email used at checkout. Please check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders and search for “Fourthwall.” If the email or link is missing or not working, use our Fourthwall order-support form and include your order number and the email used for the purchase. Do not send a full card number, CVV, PIN, password, or government ID.
Fourthwall normally allows up to 25 downloads per copy purchased. If connection problems or failed attempts use up your access, Fourthwall Support can reset the limit and resend the files.
What if a file is missing, wrong, incomplete, or will not open?
Tell Support which file is affected—ZIP, PDF, or EPUB—and the exact error, device, and reading app. We will verify the package and arrange a correct, working replacement at no additional charge. We will not leave you with a verified unusable or incorrect file: if the problem cannot be corrected, we will arrange the applicable refund through Fourthwall.
We will provide reasonable opening instructions, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or third-party reading app unless that compatibility is specifically stated on the product page.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Because this product is delivered digitally, downloaded purchases ordinarily cannot be canceled or refunded for a change of mind. If the files have not been downloaded, Fourthwall currently permits cancellation within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may also apply to verified non-delivery, an uncorrectable file defect, a verified duplicate charge, or when required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are processed by Fourthwall to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
What if I was charged twice?
If Fourthwall verifies that the same purchase was charged twice, the extra charge will be refunded to the original payment method.
What if I do not recognize the charge?
Fourthwall purchases normally appear as “FW *” followed by the shop name. Search your email for a Fourthwall receipt. If you still cannot identify the charge, contact Fourthwall Support with the charge date, amount, last four card digits, and any email addresses that may have been used. Never send your full card number.
If you believe the charge was unauthorized, also contact your card issuer or bank promptly. Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable billing-dispute, refund, or consumer-protection right under applicable law.
